Build a Career That Actually Matters

We're looking for people who understand something important — that behind every investment decision is someone who's genuinely worried about making the wrong choice. If you want to spend your days helping Canadians move past those fears and build real financial confidence, you might fit here.

Our team in Sturgeon Falls works with clients across Ontario who are tired of feeling paralyzed by investment anxiety. And honestly, that's work that feels meaningful at the end of the day.

How We Actually Work

Most financial firms talk about innovation and disruption. We talk about patience and listening. Because here's what we've learned — when someone's afraid to invest, they don't need a sales pitch. They need someone who'll take the time to understand why they're hesitant.

Our approach combines structured financial education with one-on-one support. You won't be pushing products. You'll be walking alongside people as they figure out what actually makes sense for their situation.

We keep our team small on purpose. Right now, there are eight of us. That means you'll know everyone's name, their working style, and probably what they're bringing to the next potluck.

Voices From Our Team

Elowen Thackeray, Senior Investment Advisor

I spent seven years at a big firm in Toronto where success meant closing deals fast. Here, success looks completely different. Last month, a client told me she finally understood why diversification mattered — not because I gave her a great pitch, but because we spent three sessions just talking through her concerns. That's the difference. We have time to actually help people, not just process them.

The pace is different here. We don't track how many client meetings you squeeze into a day. We care about whether those clients feel more confident after talking with you. And yeah, that means some days you only meet with two people. But those conversations matter more than any quota I ever hit.

What You'll Actually Get

1

Realistic Workload

We cap client loads at 40 active relationships. You can't provide thoughtful guidance when you're overwhelmed, and we're not interested in burning people out.

2

Professional Development

Annual budget for courses, certifications, or conferences that genuinely interest you. We'll also cover time off to attend — learning shouldn't happen on weekends.

3

Extended Health Coverage

Full benefits start after three months, including dental, vision, and mental health support. Because you can't help others if you're not taking care of yourself.

4

Flexible Schedule

Core hours are 10am-3pm for team availability. Beyond that, structure your day however works best. Some clients need evening calls, some need early mornings — you decide.

5

Paid Time Off

Three weeks vacation to start, plus an extra week after two years. We also close between Christmas and New Year's because everyone needs that break.

6

Compensation Structure

Competitive base salary with performance bonuses tied to client satisfaction scores, not sales numbers. When clients feel supported, everyone benefits.
